1- What should be the best strategy for selection of medicines for remedies such as, if, a doctor is preapring a remedy for Obbesity?
A: A remedy is selected based on a "taking", where the entire symptom profile of the patient is mapped against the Materia Medica, and the remedy that provides the best fit, especially against the so-called uncommon symptoms, is selected. This is an individual process, since no two patiens are alike.
2- How much medicines in numbers or quantity a doctor can select to include them in a single remedy?
A: It is contrary to homeopathic practice and doctrine to give more than a single remedy at a time.
3- What is the main purpose of preparing a remedy?
A: The preparation process is supposed to amplify and purify the medicinal effect of the raw substance from which the remedy is derived.
4- Why not a doctor just prescribed directly to its patients any single medicine for specific desease in general as a remedy which available at Homepathic Medical Stores?
A: With reference to question #3, a practitioner may want to prepare remedies him/herself, in order to be certain of the quality and purity of the remedy. However, most practitioners do use ready-made remedies, at least most of the time. Some prefer to create the last few potencies themselves.
5- Is it neccessary to include at least two or three medicines for a remedy?
A: Quite the contrary: Whether bought ready-made or prepared locally, remedies should always be pure and single medicines. Otherwise there is no proving information available with which to match the patient's profile.
6- And in last, What are remedies?
A: Remedies are raw substances that have been through a series of dilution/succussion steps, sometimes including trituraton. A remedy is a solution medium, water or alcohol, in which a signature of the raw substance is assumed to be imprinted in an amplified and purified form. It can be administered to the patient in liquid form or lactose tablets can be impregnated with the remedy, dried, and administered to the patient.
For better understanding your view points, just make it the base for Obbesity.
A: Homeopathic doctrine is not to treat patients on a per disease basis, but on an individualized basis. For example, two obese patients may not be treated with the same remedy, because the totality of their symptom profiles may be different.
I have also raised a question few days ago..and have got a single answer which contains one answer in all for my qustions regarding remedy.
I will be very happy if anyone answer my questions as early as possible.
Thanks and regards,

Disclaimer: I am not a homeopath, but since you were lacking answers, and your questions seem to merely require formal knowledge of homeopathy, I have taken the liberty to reply.
Best regards, Hans
