John, You can say so as 'everything except the 'Prime Energy' is the result not the cause. Cause of everything is 'Prime Energy' which resulted everything as matter, secondary energies, Sub-atomics, atomics, moleculars, first living, cells, complex cells{tissues} organs, bodies, complex boddies & so on. Probaby, reverse can also follow. But it in invisible & difficult to understand in all. While talking about pathlogical concepts--we may have to see basics of our body not of universe. Our whole environment is full of invisible to naked ever of atomics, sub-atomics or moleculars but for walking you don't consider these as basis or obstackles. So, pathologically & logically, it may be better to limit & concentrate on those concepts which GOD has shown us by the means as provided to us.
