It is said but confusing that acute diabetes as gest. diabetes to both mother & fetus(Fat & long baby), mal-nutrition during pregnancy(thin/short baby) & modern lifestyle & environment are some indicator for predisposition for type 2 diabetes & insulin resistance. It has also been indicated that this type of diabetes can be reversed by improving modern lifestyle, diet & physical exercises. These conditions or epidemic type rise is said to be due to exposure of modern lifestyle changes & environmental factors to genetically predisposed people. Whereas type1 mostly caused by genetic changes & damages- seems to be irreverable except yet hypothetical, reconstructive therapy as Mr.Hans has mentioned. Under this consideration, I think acute & type2 diabetes, Insulin resistance AND conplications from all type of diabetes should be under the homeopathic paradigm & this should be possible.
