I did post on this topic, sometime back.
my thorough analysis and personal experience (without bias) about the software, the repertories in the software, the book library, the post sale tech support etc indicates that it is best to go for radar (latest version 9).
the post sale tech support is best in usa / europe than in india but things are catching up. I recommend radar apex v9 with RU and also EHX.
