In our practice we came to use Carcinosinum from Dolisos. I used several times Carcinosinum from Homeoden and experienced by myself that from Dolisos is really deep acting.
In the use i start always with 200K and go sometimes to MK. Not higher... in my practice. Because of (instead of mentionned in forum) not so big aggravations, i do not use LM potention. The other remedies of Saccharum off and lac maternum and Vernix give more aggravations and have good results with 6 LM or 12LM and can be repeated just to ammelioration.
I use sometimes Carcinosinum-cum cuprum (all remedies can be found by dolisos)
