In the back of Vithoulkas' book The Science of homeopathy, he shows some charts where the aggravation lasted several months. It's an indication that the potency was too high. However, at the end of the aggravation, the amelioration was long lived. Not being your homeopath, I'm not sure whether you are still aggravating or the disease process has gotten worse. Sometimes a lower potency of the same remedy will stop the aggravation and continue the cure. Possibly a 30C or 200C would be in order.
