Because what you have is a chronic problem and the obvious remedies have nothing to do with it.

If you only got treated once, then by all means go back. You should give your homeopath at least six months to work on the case. The right remedies is sometimes not found for several times. Either several remedies are very close or the patient hasn't opened up enough to give the piece of information needed to find the right remedy. And often what the patient comes in for to be cured is not the most important part of the case and doesn't improve until farther down the line.
