Came back to post new information and saw your response to the original. Don't know if this changes your opinion.........

Tried to take temperature and she objected strongly. Her rectum looks as though it's irritated a bit. Even wrapped in a towel she still fought and didn't have the thermometer in long enough to fully register...up to 102 very quickly. When the thermometer came out it was covered with foul, watery brownish/red fecal matter (not that way last night, came out clean). She immediately strained to pass stool and passed only a few small drops along with about a 2 inch thin/narrow strip of matted hair.

Does this alter your prescription? Thanks so much, GM.
