Thanks so much for replying. I am looking both at prescribing foll as organ support during amenorrhoea, an irregular cycle, flooding, etc and also on the total picture. Have you prescribed based on organ support or taking into consideration the total patient? >>

How long is a piece of string?? Depends on the circumstances and the individual. For what it is worth I have had no success with the Foll 4. 7. 9 system. I tend to start at 200. Today I went up to 10M with one patient and 1M with another!! I increase the potency when the last one is not working anymore. The patient on the 200 was taking it fortnightly. This was for endometriosis and her symptoms were rapidly improving. I have gone up to 1M because the pain was a little worse again and the spotting after was back.
The other I have gone up to 10M (acne) because progress stopped after a while with the 200 although she feels well "chilled out" in herself. I tried 1M and it did nothing. I didn't have the 10M in so i decided to try going back to 200 and for the first time since she has been seeing me shehad so much pain on the first day of her menses that she was vomiting. i.e. all the stories about not doing a descending potenty appear to be correct. I am actually giving 1 dose of a nosode (Thuja ) first and if all goes well she is to take the 10M a week before her next period.

Both these are long term things. I have treated IMO endometriosis successfully in that ther has been a great improvement but the patient only gave me 6 months as she had her hysterectomy booked!!
Acne - this is the first time I have tried it for acne - however I have a teenage boy with acne only on his back. i will find out if his mother was on the pill before he was conceived and i might try it if no more success with the present Rx.

In a case of an infertile woman it got rid of all her panic attacks. Unfortunately her spec came up for IVF on the NHS so that was the last time I saw her. I know she did get pregnant but had an ectopic. She never came back unfortunately.

Amenorrhoea - I have had success with this. I think the potency I used was 200.
