FitnessFirst - I live in UK so a visit would be out of the question!!

Shirley - this patient is not able to afford Dr R's $500 fee. I have found the patient a homeopath who charges 1/2 this but the question at the moment is whether the homeopath lives too far for the patient to get to. I believe they are trying to work something out.
