I too have a 2 months old baby now, and I was told that if baby sleeps well all day, you still have to wake her up often enough to feed her more during the day, otherwise she'll simply be hungry during the night and will cry all night. And babies have a lot of flatulence normally, as they suck in too much air anyway.

Before giving any remedies, make sure that this is not the case - underfed during the day - hungry at night.
