I am glad that I succeeded in making you consider using Bacillinum 200 for patients suffering from Catarrh. You may be interested to know that I converted to Homeopathy in 1965 and since that time I have steadfastly refused to use all allopathic drugs except after surgery for BPH that I underwent about 2 years ago. The fact that God has blessed me with good health at almost 75 years of age, is a tribute to the efficacy of Homeopathy. My BP is 120/80, Pulse 66.

As I stated in my posting I am not a professional Homeopath as I am the Chairman of my company. I use Homeopathic remedies to help my staff, the majority of whom have now converted to Homeopathy which they did after they discovered that the many remedies that I had given them and others who sought my help were in fact very effective and permanent in their curative effect, especially in cases which have defied allopathic drugs which some of them had been taking regularly for many years. Homeopathy is hardly known here in Sri Lanka and it is fortunate that I made a study of it many years ago and also have a stock of about 300 remedies in liquid form which I use to potentize lactose pillules to give anyone in need of help.

I have used other remedies for catarrh like Nux Vomica 30, Allium Cepa 30, Gelsemium 30 and others, but I did not get the same reaction that I experienced using Bacillinum 200 which was almost dramatic in its curative effect which seems to be permanent so far, as all the patients who used this remedy have been permanently cured.

It is just the fact that I felt that I should share my experience with other professional Homeopaths that made me post my finding on this BB which I did after some time, having first studied the effect of Bacillinum on patients, as I thought that others could also benefit from my experience.

You may be interested to learn that I have also been successful in treating two cases of Haemophilia in children who were diagnosed as Haemophiliacs by the Children's hospital. Their parents do not have to rush to the hospital as they used to do in the past for drips and transfusions as they are now able to control the bleeding after any injury with the remedies that I have given them. I have also been able to help many patients who have suffered from BPH as I did since 1996, and I have a few friends of my age group who have had TURP surgery which eased the blockage but made them incontinent, who depend on a remedy from me to give them relief.

Homeopathy to me is a hobby and it gives me the greatest pleasure to help anyone in distress especially those that suffer from chronic ailments which have defied modern medicine. I must state here however that I do not use the classical method that is recommended to treat the patient after a long process of recording symptoms, but tend to use remedies in a manner similar to that used in allopathy where a drug is used to cure an illness. The great advantage, as you know, of using Homeopathic remedies is that they do not have any after effects, and if I find that one remedy does not work, I dont hesitate to switch over to another. I have also used some remedies for ailments that are not described in the Repertories and it is just my dedication to the use of Homeopathic remedies especially for chronic interesting cases that impells me to share my findings with others.
