Whether I personally like someone or not would not make a difference to how I would moderate. Also, being a moderator does not mean that one cannot participate in discussions and present their own point of view/s. Impartiality is needed when deciding whether or not a post has crossed the lines set out in the guidelines. There are guidelines set out by Jon, and I would follow those guidelines - should I decide to moderate.
