As for as criticism is concerned, you know, a moderator should develop more tolerance than any other member. It is also the requirement as mentioned by jonh in his first post. If you can't bear criticism then you can't run the forum.
Last thing is, when you become a moderator, then actually you become a judge. And a judge should be impartial in the discussion. Whether you like a person or not but you can't use your power of moderation against him/her.
I hope when you will become a moderator of this forum you will exhibit impartial behaviour. Don't take it as instructions. I will also check your tolerance.
