John, the strange thing is that in India this dosage frequency is very commonly used (more 5th edition Organon). Strange but true - a practical observation.
I'm still trying to figure out how patients don't get severe aggravations and continue to improve. And they do.
Also the repetition is of dry pill doses, and not in water.
