Nerve pain in the teeth that is alleviated by ice !! is pretty uncommon. Most of the usual remedies would be contraindicated by that indication alone. Kali carb, symptom number 400 may be kinda close, but your homoeopath will have the benefit of seeing the case in its entirety, making use of concomitant information from other areas e.g. the inflamed sinuses and the circumstances around it.
