Let me make my question clearer.

Lets say I am being homeopathically treated for back pain, I am cured after one year of proper treatment. But 6 months down the road, I develop a kidney problem although I had no history of kidney problems.

Could this new problem be caused as a side effect of homeopathic treatment.

Although we would want to believe that homeopathic treatment when properly used is absolutely safe, my question is, has this belief been tested by doing some follow up on patients successfully treated by homeopathy.
