In bad reaction there is always the antidote, which sometimes is fit to cure. In one case i had death, as result, which took place so quickly, that there was even no consideration to antidote.
The most important suggestion of you, Fitness first, is to keep a follow-ups. This opens the main path to see how the patient really reacted to the remedy. A pool of such follow-ups could serve all homeopaths.
