In what sense it is not safe?

Like e.g. aspirin? If you take one it's ok even if you really didn't need it, but when you gobble up the handful of pills it's not (I never tried it myself, just assuming).
Overdoing ANYTHING is not safe-you can even drink too much water. Is water safe?

Homeopathic remedies have been proved and provers were not affected adversely after the termination of the proving, were they? (Sure, some accidental "provers" died like those bitten by snakes or scorpios-which reminds me: happy birthday Albert!- but it wasn't quite homeopathic and FF doesn't ask about that).
