Talking

hello,

This a real situation.Information obtained through encounters. Seeking thoughts.

Symtomology = Male; 40's ; 'flipping in and out crying spells' Has an aversion to anything with sugar in it, yet still eats it (ABUDANTLY AT TIMES); which he feels causes a general snse of non-well-being; talks alot yet good conversationalist; weeeping comes on when talking about 'the one he loves betraying him (1 year ago)'and mostly to her; thin; lately ravenous hunger;good man yet gets very worked up Says it starts with an anxious/excited feeling in abdomen.
a real theorist (lots of ideas); I am quite aware of his cannabis use " uses it once a week in respect to GOD'; religion seeems to be his fancy; thinks he is JOHN the BAptist; Strongly opiniated; crying seems to focus upon his self-pitying .Wife sees the real him (she takes the 'blunt' of jealous judgements <justified onl;y in the past&gt Feels much of what is done to hiom is his punishment ( so he can know what it is like); expressses sorry and feels bad for things he has done in the past; is /can be very argumentative.Feeels much better if gets outside and works (physically) whidh he does not always do;crying/complaining/whining about past indiscretion of his wife and nags the literal "hell' out of her.She LOVES him dearly and is hard put to understand; When not in this mood of arguing and crying he is very vibrant real into life and very very helpful of others feelings and concerns especially his wife , whom he LOVES extremely; Not just talk REAL LY HELPS. Physically he complains not; Complaints are in the emotional area.He is very impulsive and obseeesssive about anything he chooses to get into.Harmless , takes woory upon himself and then bounces it onto wife as he says "neeed to talk it or it may drive me crazy'.

No prescrition is/was made. Just data accumulated.

What are your thoughts?

Thank you.

John
