I didn't know Helios sold it in the 30 potency.

A 30C might be nice to have for a flu that wasn't too severe. This is how we decide on potency; not by age but on severity of symptoms.
Oddly enough, it's safest to use your high potencies on children. They are usually full of vital energy and can easily handle the energy of the remedy. We worry more about adults who are frail and allergic.
