Are you taking a complete history? That will help you in these situations.

Ricky's suggestions are good--

Two other rubric suggestions--

Head, coldness, chilliness, vertex (35)
Head Pain, general, vertex, touch agg. (16)

The only remedy in both rubrics is phos-ac, so other aspects of a complete history--eg., grief, etc., would help to support or exclude this.
