I disagree with your views for guessing remedy. This was not the lesson taught to us in DHMS and BHMS. Selection of remedy for case having problem for many years is not a fun.

If you are serious in your cases then do reply on the questions which was put forwarded. Otherwise i will think that the case fictitious.
