thanks for clarifying this third stage thing. This is what I had actually understood from my clinical dictionary. I guess I must have misunderstood a passage in Boenninghausen's comment.

The idea with the flare-up of psora is very interesting, especially as just before the cough, my son developed a wart just above his mouth. One of only two remedies in Synthesis is Psorinum.

I realize I must be cautious and hope I can catch this opportunity. This little guy suffered from atopic eczema from about age 5 months for over a year until it got under control. However, he still has flare-ups on and off.

Hopefully I won't have to ask for your help too often any more.
