Saw the Orthopaedic surgeon today & have an orthotic foot brace to wear on right foot, to prevent further damage when walking.
Appears I also damaged left foot on the way down as the ligaments are quite lax as well.
I'm booked for an MRI next week as there also appears to be bone fragments from fibular and talus on Xray as well as the ligament tears which showed up on the ultrasound.
Gives me another week to work miracles with homeopathic and energy treatments
