Had a fall from about a metre, 7 weeks ago & heard the "snap", & it "snapped" again as my boot was taken off in Casualty, but it was diagnosed as a "just a sprain & at your age..."(I'm still in my roaring 40's)
See the surgeon on Wed. & have considered Bellis.
I prove Hypericum if I even get the tincture on me, so that will be out of the question.
Was accidently given Anac 1M by my daughter who misread it as Arnica, but no ill effect from it.
