Dear Dr. Mirza,
According to newspaper reports, there was scare in a chest hospital of Karachi (16-05-2003) when a patient suspected to be the first victim of SARS was brought there and quarantined. But that proved to be a false alarm as the tests and pathological reports indicated, the patient did not suffer from SARS. This news item refutes the claim about the absence of the facilities to diagnose SARS in Pakistan.
It is common knowledge that communicable diseases should immediately be reported to the concerned health officials. I wonder at the level of the training system of homeopaths in Pakistan which produces homeopaths like you who do not know their responsibilities and obligations!
