You need to know the onset (sudden or gradual), the etiology, the location, sensation, modalities, concomitants, discharges--color, consistency, odor; and the mental state as it departs from normal. You ask a few confirmatory questions for a remedy and here's your remedy and good-bye. There's nothing wrong with that. That's good homeopathy. Acutes and Emergencies, what could be more important?
