Unless you will not find the causes of flashes I think suggesting a remedy will be a mere guess.
If the cause is menopause the remedy is sepia/puls and if the cause is eye sight / vision problem the remedy is glon/phos/cycl.
I will go for
Bell having all the relevent symptoms of hot flashes which you did not mention.
