Thanks so much everyone for the support and advice. I advised the patient to stop the remedy and am watching her progress. The situation has improved.
Next month I have arranged to do some more clinical under the guidance of an experienced homeopath overseas, as I think my experience is lacking and I would feel more confident with a mentor's support rather than tackle cases such as this on my own.
