Dear Divina, I appreciate your input and agree with most part of your post.

Technically speaking Similia principle is not applicatble on plants or animals either. As you said we gain knowledge through our experience. The same formua is applicable on plants. No proving was done on plants so similia priniciple is not applicable on plants. similia principle will only work when you will perform proving on plants. This is my personal opinion.

I agree with your statement we are applying our knowledge of similia principle on plants and animals and fortunatly the principle has worked most of the time. Julian Winston was talking on this subject and he said few experiments were carried on plants to see the effect of homeopathic medicine but did not receive healthy response.

Frankly speaking this is called hit and try method which we are doing on plants. No proving was done on plants so we don't have any idea of generating or producing symptoms in plants. We are implementing our knowledge of human beings over the plants. But can't say in full authority that homeopathic medicine has 100 percent response as we are getting in human beings.
