Hi,
My husband went to the orthopedic doctor today and he has a ruptured deltoid ligament, ruptured deltoid tibia fibular syndesmosis, and a fractured fibular shaft. He will be going in on Monday for surgery. What remedies would be best for before, after, & how long?
