Dear Sue,

You can try Equisetum tincture (Horsetail grass)
for the incontinence. 5 drops in 2 oz. of water three times a day. It's listed in the repertory under, Bladder: urination, involuntary, elderly, in. It's not the only remedy listed but probably the only remedy that can be used in tincture, which is preferable if you're going to be giving a remedy for senile cataract. (By the way,
"senile" just means "old-age".)

As always, if the Equisetum doesn't agree with her or makes her worse, stop giving it. Otherwise, give it at least 2 weeks to make a difference.
