If you could able to find constitutional near to above list then it will be of having plus point but not necessary. Just like calc carb is a constitutional remedy for most of the patients.
Specific can only be prescribed when you actually have infection of SARS but the person is not suffering from SARS but wishes to be vaccinated then Phos, calc carb, ignatia and Aconite cm are the prophylactic remedies.
