Thanks for replying Hans, I don't want to make a mistake and cause grief to this cat. If anything I think that I move too slowly most of the time and wonder if I miss oportunities. Sometimes it takes me so long to commit to a remedy that symptoms will move along and change and then it seems I'm back to square one! I appreciate the advise to wait and feel more confident doing so.

As for cats; I personally feel that the most important aspect of case taking in animals is to have someone who can decifer what is normal or strange. Also the ability to not assume the animal's responses can necessarily be attributed or compared to human responses. I think I have that covered, its the way in which remedies work, follow one another, responses they provoke, which symptoms are important etc; that I need guidence on.

So thanks, and I look forward to hearing from Chris for her perspective.
