Dear Viceroy,
This is a tough one, because Stram. people are afraid of the night and afraid of the dark, but here we have this woman who, when she's not medicated, goes to bed at 7 and is up all night!
You say she's always with family members because she can't bare to be alone? That would go for Stram. but didn't you say she actually prefers to be alone and is worse in company? Which kind of company is she worse for, all company?
She loves animals, but, as Opium said, ask her how she felt towards animals in childhood. In fact, ask about her childhood.
When did Them first appear? Under what circumstances; for instance, after a surgery, an illness, a fever, a disappointment, etc.?
How's her digestion/elimination?
She says that Them are causing her incontinence, so, I take it everything gets blamed on Them!
You said that Them are causing her pain. What pain and where?
Anything remarkable about her appearance? Dryness? Blemmishes, mode of dress, etc.?
How does she keep her room?
Would it be fair to use the rubric: Delusions, hears voices? If so, what do they say?
Would it be fair to use the rubric: Mind, talks
with absent persons? Ya know what, Viceroy?
Stramonium(2) is the only remedy in that rubric!
Well, on that cheerful note....
Bye for now,
Snoopy
