Dear Viceroy,

I don't know that it is Stram. I would need to repertorize the case, which is very time-consuming and wouldn't do it unless I knew you were really interested and planned to return to the thread regularly to answer questions; for instance, what brings on the involuntary urination; for instance, laughing? Sneezing, coughing...?

You say this is a very sweet person; if she weren't on medication, would there be an angry side? Is there a polar opposite side that you know of?

Is there a childishness at all? Naivete or Silliness?

How does she feel about animals? The dark?
Can she be left alone? Can you ask her what would happen if she left the house? What is she afraid would happen?

You say she believes strangers are in the house
and steal from her? But she's not afraid of them because she's on medication. How would she feel not on medication?

Did she say that these strangers have implanted microchips in her brain so they can control her?
So is it fair to say that she believes she's under the power of others? What do the strangers want her to do? Does she hear them talking to her, telling her to do things (when she's not medicated)?

Has she had a drug or alcohol problem? Marijuana, LSD, etc.?

Ask her if she can tell you any dreams she's had.

In answer to your question, if she got better I would think the whole family would change for the better; imagine how this must negatively affect their lives?

Snoopy
