I'm assuming you know something about homeopathy.
A psychotic case is no different than any other.
A complete case has to be taken. The remedy could be Anacardium or Lachesis or Kali Brom. or almost anything, there's no way of knowing without
taking a full case. I think this is why no one has answered you.
