I'm a little taken aback by the dosing schedule.
As David said, 200C once a month for three months
presumes that the reaction to the first or second dose should just be ignored; that's just bizarre! I would call this kind of prescribing very irresponsible and wouldn't trust this person's judgement at all, even to select the right remedy. If you're concerned, post your child's symptoms and we can tell you if the practitioner is in the ballpark; if so, one dose of a 200C is sufficient.
