Don't be confused, it is for thread worms--it's in "bold" for thread worms, though it may help in other worms as well.

Simply take a pellet of the 30C and drop it in a small bottle of spring water, shake the bottle before each dose (a sip), store in the refrigerator, when the bottle gets low, refill, don't add more pellets.

I don't know about the combination remedies; don't give them at the same time as the Teucrium or you won't know what's working.
