If it comes in tincture, you could order that and give 5 drops in 2 oz. of water three times a day, and you could also order it in potency--30C, and I've never had a worms case but I would think 30C three times a day for 3 days, but be prepared to stop if he gets worse, decrease the frequency when you notice he's getting better--use common sense, in other words; you may need to go longer than 3 days. Best way to give the remedy is in water with shaking or stirring before each dose/sip (not talking about the tincture here).
