Zanna,

I'm inclined to think of Lac Caninum because of the movement from right to left and back again, and because of the fever blister; I didn't see Lycopodium in the rubric
"Mouth, fever blisters, lips" and normally, we'd first think of Lyc. when a sore throat starts on the right and moves to the left, but it doesn't have the fever blister; Lac Caninum does and it is known for symptoms changing sides, especially if they change sides, and then go back.

Apis is another possibility. It's got the fever blister and the right to left movement. If it's Apis, you'd want only cold drinks. The tonsils would be red and swollen. There'd be a stinging pain on swallowing. The uvula would be swollen.

If it's Lac Caninum, the pain on swallowing would go to the ears. Perspiring through the night.
Throat sensitive to touch. Increased thirst.
Apis isn't very thirsty. Lac caninum is worse after sleep.

The waking drenched in sweat goes more for Lac Caninum, I think I'll leave my vote there.
