Hello fellow Philadelphian! Please tell us what sort of breathing problems the child has, what's the child's presentation? Describe what the child looks like; what hour of the day or night is worse for the child? What seems to help the child feel better, and what makes the child feel worse?

What's the disposition like? The child's nature.
