Yes, allopaths do refer; but they do so through a personal referral, not through a public forum; not through any advertisement hoarding, not through any notice board or bill board. And Homeopathyhome is not a billboard for such a purpose. You want to refer somebody to a homeopath who you think is good, do so by all means, but not via this discussion forum. Do it through a personal message to the person concerned. Referring a person to a homeopath of your choice through this discussion forum seems to me to be tantamount to "degrading" the homeopath concerned.
