It sometimes appears to me that some people use this discussion forum not to answer the queries of seekers but to tout for business for their friends!

Really a sad state of affairs!

I always thought that good physicians/consultants find it unethical to tout for business either directly or indirectly. If they are really not involved in such touting, why don't they forbid their overzealous friends from resorting to such unethical practices?
