I just had a very quick scan of your case dr_ bhatia and the thoughts of other replies (I don't have much time at the moment to look into it more), however the first medicine that came to mind was VERATRUM - DEL: DUMB - single symptom. Another thing that led me to it is possibly that you mention that they are successful - ie VERAT despair of position they may have in society - and focusing on what he did not have(qualitively)- Plus DEL:wealth. Am I looking into it too much when you mention "self improvement" - maybe the image VERAT tries to portray as somebody more than they are? Also FEELS HE IS UNLUCKY in regards to him looking on the negative side.I hope this helps.Gottago,Zoe.
