Very interesting, Carol, and I say that as someone who is almost "addicted" to alternating cravings, first for this, then for that. I've long felt, as many people do, that these cravings were the body's means of responding to some internal need.
My question: what about tomatoes, especially in sauces (i.e., concentated): pizza sauce, ketchup, mole sauce (as in enchilda mole), sometimes salsa, sometimes tomato soup, marinara (the more concentrated the better). Ibelieve potassium is high in tomatos. Any thoughts, anybody? Just curious.
