Glad to hear you already have a pesto recipe.
Glad to hear the tea tastes just like cilantro. Sometimes herbs made into tea taste a little bitter.
(btw, I did say a type of vinagrette - but I actually use lemon juice in place of vinegar. Anyone can omit the cheese as they like on the rice dish....)
