I remember too well, being paralysed with pain in public places. Not being able to move without taking in measured breaths. Measuring in my mind how long - how many steps (in pain) it would take me to get out of the shop - into the car - and the agony-drive home. I just re-read your original post.....and having recounted my past problems to Tim, I feel so much sympathy for your current problem. I hope you can find a good homeopath to help you.
