Dear Aamir,

Absence of symptoms usually associated with hepatitis - loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fever, abdominal pain, jaundice, etc - suggest, I) the infection is not of recent date and 2) the patient is in a chronic carrier state. Have him tested for HbeAg and HbsAg. In all probability, HbeAg will be negative as the patient seems to be in a non-replicative stage. These tests may not help in selection of the remedy but will certainly help in assessing the progress at a later stage.

Try to retake the case. With the scanty information, it is second to impossible to suggest a remedy.
